Lessonia is working on different initiatives: strong values is a priority for the company. We encourage diversity, particularly in terms of nationality, ethnic and social origins, disability, gender and age.
Especially created for people in a situation of exclusion or in difficulty to find a work, the Brest local plan called PLIE was followed by Lessonia and six people were long-term employed.
Through this plan Lessonia promotes equal opportunities and social insertion through employment.
Lessonia gives interns and practicians the chance to sharing know-how: the company often welcomes students who joined the team through partnerships with universities. They perfectly embody the youthfulness spirit of the company.
Lessonia has it own football team and takes part in many sport events.
