Lichen Exfoliator

Our Lichen is a natural exfoliant made from the red algae Chondrus crispus, belonging to the Rodophyt family. It is harvested in Brittany (France).

This exfoliating ingredient is mainly used to manufacture some soaps. The Lichen Exfoliator is easy to maintain in suspension. Its richness in carrageenan gives it humectant and softening properties.

Its brown – beige color is due to the drying process, making it stable in cosmetics. As this product is not stable in aqueous forms, it is advised to use it in anhydrous forms only.
