ALTER-EMULFABA is an emulsifyer without surfactants.

This powdered emulsifier, made from plant extracts and gums without any chemical modification, is an alternative to the surfactants typically used in emulsions.
ALTER-EMULFABA allows for the formulation of white emulsions without affecting the fragrance, despite the use of plant extracts.

Manufacturing process :

Association of aquafaba powder (chickpeas’ cooking juice) with acacia gum (Acacia senegal tree’s resin) and sclerotium gum (from the sclerotium rolfssii mushroom).
