This cleansing slime is formulated with our natural, plant-based Alter-Gelijac gelling agent derived from Konjac root. Alter-Gelijac is a high-viscosity gelling agent, an alternative to carbomer. Ideal to obtain colorless gels with hight viscosities.

ALTER-GELIJAC is a natural, plant-based gelling agent for translucent, high-viscosity gels.
This natural gelling agent is a perfect alternative to synthetic polymers. This ingredient is obtained by extracting polysccharides from the konjac’s root. It leaves a protective film on the skin and a freshness feeling. It can be used both hot and cold.

Protocol

• Add water, preservatives and colorants, mixing with the deflocculator.
• Add ALTER-Gelijac + glycerine + pearlescent premix, mixing with a deflocculator at medium speed (2000 rpm) for 10 minutes.
• Add the anionic surfactant, mixing with a deflocculator at medium speed (2000 rpm) for 10 minutes.
• Add the amphoteric surfactant + fragrance premix, mixing with a deflocculator at medium speed (2000 rpm) for 10 minutes.
• Add the citric acid.
