ALTER-EMULGEL is a 100% natural plant extract. Used at 1.3%, it can be used to formulate emulsions (oil in water) with the texture and sensoriality of cream gels. Formulators won’t need to combine co-emulsifiers to obtain emulsions. According to the percentage of oil used, the emulsion texture can vary from a fluid emulsion (between 5 and 10%) to a thick emulsion (between 20 and 25%).
